Shipping and Exchanges

Standard Shipping Costs
We ship all packages USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express. At this time, we do not offer First Class Mail or any other shipping carrier. We DO NOT ship on any major holidays or Postal holidays (even though Amazon is forcing the rest of the world to work!)

Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed from the date the order is placed. Once shipped, your order should be delivered within 3-7 business days.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email to the address provided with your order. Here at Kate Addison we do everything we can to get your order to you as fast as we can, but sometimes things are our of our control. Inclement weather, USPS lost packages, or errors on addresses, may delay your order.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. 


We want you to love your items! If for some reason you're not happy with them, feel free to return them.  However, they must be in resalable condition, unless it arrived to you damaged.

Prior to returning your items, please take a moment to review our policies.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. We have the right to refuse any refund if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, or damage to the fabric. Items that do not meet this criteria will be denied. Discounted and sale items are FINAL sale. Intimates (bras, bodysuits, tights), jewelry, hair accessories, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are also FINAL sale.  Damaged items, wrong items or missing items upon arrival must be claimed by the recipient in an e-mail within 7 days of delivery.

Return Processing
Once we have received and accepted your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds issued through PayPal typically appear between 7 to 10 business days after a return has been processed.


At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Due to limited quantity and quickly moving inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives to our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order for the item and send the original item back for a refund.

Shipping Charges on Returns
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

However, if you receive merchandise that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily cover the shipping costs. To receive a pre-paid shipping label, please email and we will send you a shipping label. Print the label, place on package, and ship package back to us.
